Egg 4
Ghee 200gm
Sugar 200gm
Flour 150gm
A pinch of salt
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
How to prepare
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, a pinch of salt and vanilla essence. Add a little sugar to this and beat well until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Melt ghee in another bowl and pour it.
Gradually add flour to the melted ghee and mix well.
Add egg mix gradually and mix well. Mix clockwise while mixing the cake.
Step 3
Heat the cake pan.
Set the stove on low heat.
Pour the cake mixture into the heated pan and tap well.
Cook on low flame for thirty to forty-five minutes.
NB: After the first five minutes, you can adjust the heat by putting a pot (lid) at the bottom.
