 കുംറ്റി മുളക് 1kg

മല്ലി 1kg

മഞ്ഞൾ     200gm

തയ്യാർ ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധം

മുളക്,മല്ലി,മഞ്ഞൾനന്നായികഴുകിവെയിലത്ത്ഉണക്കി flour മില്ലിൽ പൊടിച്ചുഒരുസ്റ്റീൽപാത്രത്തിൽനന്നായിഅടച്ചുസൂക്ഷിക്കുക.

Ingredients needed to prepare chili powder

Red chili     1kg

coriander     1kg 

Turmeric 200gm

How to prepare

Wash everything well, dry it in the sun, grind it in a flour mill

and keep it tightly in a steel container
